A Tasting Menu Dinner:

The Pacific Northwest is the home of hazelnuts, cherries, pears, mushrooms, salmon and of course, the pinot noir grape. Chef Anne Haynem will provide the “story of the plate” as we spend the evening tasting each course, learning about the preparation methods, and enjoying the wine pairings that will include selections from both Oregon as well as California.

  •  Pear & Hazelnut Salad with Warm Tart Cherry Vinaigrette and Blue Cheese
  • Wild Mushroom Ragu over Brioche Toast
  • Mustard Crusted Salmon with Roasted Root Vegetables

Enjoy a fun-filled evening, learning new ideas that will have you ready for holiday entertaining. We’ll work collectively with gentle instruction and then sample the fruit of our labor.
